However, from a teaching, learning or employer base, it does quote some interesting statistics - and gives us a reality check here. Granted, this is an American commentary, but it does give a boot in the pants to many of us in the "first world".

The 25% of the population in China with the highest IQ’s . . .

Is greater than the total population of North America.

In India, it’s the top 28%.
