When the news of the world seems overwhelming, a tiny symbol of hope springs on our kitchen table. After 5 days, the first two arched stems of my heritage tomato seeds are struggling out of the peat pellets. The leaves should be visible later today. The seeds are Black Prince and Black Plum from Urban Harvest Anyone else out there have a favourite heritage plant?
