Last time I checked, evolution was a little slower than that.

"Gasland" - A horror film to keep you awake wondering how this can happen!! Caught this on TV the other night. If you haven't seen it, do. And if you thought Erin Brokovitch was a hero, the whistleblowers for this catastrophe should be up there on a pedestal too. Now if there were a way to blast this into the media....

OK, so it's about the U.S. water supply, but we can't ignore the process here. "Fracking" occurs in Canada too. Polluting the water supply to get gas...now what is wrong with this scenario? Can you drink gas? Will your grandchildren? Last time I checked, evolution was a little slower than that.

Quote from WIKI: "Fracking has been in use in Canada at an industrial level since the 1990s. Concerns about fracking began in late July 2011, when the Government of British Columbia gave Talisman Energy a long-term water licence to draw water from the BC Hydro-owned Williston Lake reservoir, for a twenty year term. Fracking has also received criticism in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and the Nova Scotia government is currently reviewing the practice, with recommendations expected in March 2012. The practice has been temporarily suspended, in Quebec, pending an environmental review. The Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives has also expressed concern.[46] " http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydraulic_fracturing#Canada
